Our Projects

Every project starts with a problem. Here's how we solved them.

McGill Immobilier

WebsiteReal estate

McGill Immobilier is the leading real estate agency in Quebec specializing in the sale and marketing of new condos. Founded in 2006, it brings together over 250 brokers and has marketed dozens of real estate developments across Quebec, representing more than 13,500 units sold.

Each real estate development is a brand in its own right, with its own name, its own visual universe, its own typology of apartments. McGill wanted each new launch to stand out, with a dedicated website that reflects the project's identity and strengthens the commercial team's effectiveness. For each new development, a fully redesigned site is delivered, with a discovery journey designed for the buyer. From mass media to the apartment listing, the prospect explores and discovers at their own pace, before even making first contact with a broker. The commercial team arrives facing prospects who are already informed, already qualified, already convinced.

Beyond the showcase site, a complete suite of tools is available for each development: interactive floor plan selector, finish configurator, financing simulator, favourites management, multi-platform broadcasting, and interactive neighbourhood map. Each feature is activated according to the project's needs, with a design adapted to the brand identity.

Aerial - Remote Care

Mobile App

Aerial Technologies is a Montreal-based company specializing in WiFi motion intelligence. Their patented technology analyzes WiFi signal disturbances to infer human activities at home, without cameras, without wearable sensors, without intrusion into private life.

The challenge was to make this technology accessible to the general public. Aerial's platform produces complex data processed by artificial intelligence. For families and caregivers monitoring the well-being of an elderly person, this data is only valuable if it is understandable, reassuring, and actionable, by people not familiar with technology.

A companion mobile app was designed and developed around this imperative of simplicity. The app pairs with Aerial's MCP device via Bluetooth and translates the platform's AI data in real time into clear well-being indicators: daily activity level, sleep quality, behavioral alerts. Getting started requires no technical skill: a device to plug in, an app to open, pairing in minutes. Monitoring is immediately operational, 24/7, without external intervention.

Bota Bota

WebsiteE-commerce

Bota Bota is a one-of-a-kind floating spa, installed on a boat moored in Montreal's Old Port. A true Montreal institution, it offers a circuit of water treatments, care, massages, and a restaurant, in an atypical setting on the banks of the St. Lawrence River.

The challenge was twofold: offering a digital showcase that matches its premium positioning, and centralizing all commercial activity online.

A showcase site and an e-commerce store were developed to meet these two imperatives. The store integrates all purchasing journeys from reservations for the water circuit to spa packages and gift cards, in a fluid and frictionless experience. Bilingual French-English, the site serves both a local and international clientele, from discovery to booking confirmation.

Festival Fikas

Website

Festival FIKA(S) is a Montreal cultural festival celebrating Nordic and Scandinavian music. Organized since 2016, it brings together artists, audiences, and partners around demanding and distinctive programming.

For a small marketing team managing a biannual event, each edition represents a significant communication effort: announcing the next edition, deploying the lineup, centralizing information requests. The challenge was to have a website capable of carrying this communication autonomously, without depending on a developer for each content update.

A site entirely managed by the marketing team was delivered. The lineup, events, schedules, and venues are entered directly in a simple interface, without any technical skills required. An archive page documents each past edition: a tool for credibility and collective memory that the team actively uses in its communication and partner outreach efforts.

Aerial - Peace of Mind

Mobile App

After the success of Remote Care, Aerial Technologies wanted to bring their WiFi Motion Intelligence technology to a broader public. Where Remote Care targeted families and caregivers of elderly people, Peace of Mind targets homeowners who simply want to know what's happening at home, in real time, without cameras, without complexity.

The challenge was twofold: introducing a major new capability, room-by-room motion detection, while making the experience even more intuitive than Remote Care. The app had to be accessible to any homeowner, whether tech-savvy or not, and work from the very first minute of use.

A consumer mobile app was designed and developed around this promise. By pairing with the MCP device via Bluetooth, Peace of Mind transforms the home's WiFi signal into a room-by-room activity map. The homeowner knows in real time which room has detected movement, views the event history on a clear timeline, and receives instant notifications in case of unexpected activity. Setup takes less than a minute. The app is available on iOS and Android.

ETS Montreal

Website

The École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal is an engineering school affiliated with the Université du Québec, known for its applied approach and close ties with industry. It ranks among the largest engineering schools in Canada.

The school's news platform brings together over ten years of publications, written by some sixty professors-researchers across about fifty themes. This volume of content represents a real wealth, provided it can be made navigable and usable. Without an adapted search architecture, these publications remain invisible to those who need them most.

A system of combinable filters was developed, allowing simultaneous cross-referencing by year, theme, author, and publication status. Each combination generates a shareable URL, a real asset for communication teams, able to point directly to a targeted selection for a newsletter, a press kit, or a campaign.
